Return & Refund Policy

An item may be eligible for return within the applicable return window if it fulfils one or more of the following conditions:

  • Was delivered in a physically damaged condition
  • Has missing parts or accessories
  • Is different from what was ordered
  • Is no longer needed (not all items may be eligible)

Anyone can return products within 48 hours after delivery for above reasons.
All items must be returned in their original condition, with price tags intact, user manual, warranty cards, original accessories and in the original manufacturer’s box/packaging as delivered to you.

Any kind of damaged products by customer aren’t included in our return policy.
In case of return of products, customer will carry the delivery charge for the return.

If any order is canceled, the payment against such order shall be refunded within 10 to 15 working days, but it may take longer time in exceptional cases.
Cash payment is not available for refunding any payment, customer need to provide a valid payment method to receive the payment.
